Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wietly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Wietly. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are of legal age to use cannabis-related services in your jurisdiction
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
  • You will not use the Service for any illegal purposes

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account and password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring that your account information remains accurate

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Collect user data without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post on Wietly ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to post such content. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Location Services

Wietly is a location-based service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

  • Location data may not be accurate or available at all times
  • You are responsible for your safety when visiting locations
  • We do not endorse or guarantee the safety of any location
  • You should verify local laws and regulations before visiting locations
  • You use location services at your own risk

Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding cannabis use in your jurisdiction. Wietly does not encourage or condone illegal activity. You agree that:

  • You will only use cannabis in locations where it is legal
  • You will not use the Service to facilitate illegal activities
  • You understand that laws vary by jurisdiction
  • You will respect private property and public regulations

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wietly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIETLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wietly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wietly operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
