Delete Account

We value your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your Wietly account and all associated data, you can do so by following the instructions below.

What data will be deleted?

When you request to delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your profile information (username, email, avatar)
  • Your check-in history and location data
  • Your reviews and comments
  • Any other personal data associated with your account

Please note that some data may be retained for a short period in our backups or as required by law.

How to request account deletion

Option 1: Through the Mobile App

  1. Open the Wietly app on your device
  2. Go to your Profile
  3. Tap on Settings (gear icon)
  4. Select "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm your choice

Option 2: Via Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please send the email from the address associated with your account so we can verify your identity. We will process your request within 30 days.
